I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States. I am skilled in manual and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and therapy, such as active release techniques, cupping, and IASTM tools. My practice focuses on musculoskeletal spinal and extremity care, including the treatment of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) pain and discogenic pain, which encompasses pinched nerves, sciatic pain, and numbness or tingling symptoms. Additionally, I design and supervise rehabilitation exercises and activities, holding further experience in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), with a strong emphasis on movement as medicine.
